The full report also carries the licence number and expiry date, the surety company and bond amount with its effective and cancellation dates, the workers' comp carrier, policy number and expiry, and a flag on anything lapsing within the next 60 days — each with a one-line reason.
Two states, and a straight account of what each one publishes. Bond and workers' comp aren't available in bulk from most states — these two are among the few that provide them.

Washington's workers' compensation is a state-fund monopoly and account status isn't published in bulk, so it is never asserted in a Washington report. The report says so on its face rather than leaving you to assume.
Invoiced once you have the report, not before. If it doesn't tell you anything you didn't already know, don't pay it. Monthly re-runs on a saved list are available once you know you want them.
